As a senior at Texas Christian University (TCU), she fearlessly pursues a double major in Marketing and Entrepreneurship, while also earning a Consultative Sales Certificate and a Leadership Emphasis. Her unwavering commitment to personal and professional growth has led her to the prestigious BNSF Neeley Leadership Program, where she hones her leadership skills to drive krescent’s mission forward. With her graduation set for May 2025, Kassidy’s ambition knows no bounds as she sets her sights on expanding krescent’s reach and continuing to innovate in the allergen-friendly food space. Her passion for creating change and empowering others with food allergies is the driving force behind every decision she makes, and her determination to succeed is truly inspiring.

Tina is the tenacious co-founder and vice president at krescent, but her favorite title is Kassidy’s mom. With a vast background in finance, operations, marketing, and strategy, she brings a wealth of knowledge and energy to the team. Tina’s passion for customer experience shines through as she creatively elevates brand visibility, engagement, and loyalty. A bold leader with a diverse skill set, she excels at implementing unconventional business and marketing strategies for krescent.
Witnessing Kassidy’s allergy journey firsthand has ignited Tina’s determination to raise awareness and drive lasting change for the food allergy community, especially for young adults like Kassidy. She sees raising a daughter with food allergies as a gift, showcasing resilience in action every day.
Lance Baird, the dynamic co-founder and vice president of krescent, brings an unparalleled blend of strategic sales and marketing expertise to the table. A proud graduate of Princeton University, where he played varsity football for the Tigers before graduating in 2003, Lance’s journey from standout athlete to successful entrepreneur is marked by a relentless drive to innovate and lead.
At krescent, Lance’s deep appreciation for the food industry is matched only by his passion for creating allergen-friendly solutions. This commitment to innovation and social responsibility is at the heart of the company’s mission to revolutionize how we approach dietary restrictions, especially among college-aged students.
When he’s not working, Lance is a high school football coach in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, where he resides with his wife, Jamie, and their three amazing girls, Harper, Lila, and Reagan.
